Double room in a 2 bed East Oxford flat

The flat is to share with a couple, just off the Cowley Rd.
The room is a double, with double bed, draws, wardrobe space and bedside table.
You would share the kitchen, bathroom and lounge with wifi and Sky. - all bills included.

The flat is close to some lovely pubs, cafes and within a few minutes walk from supermarkets.
There is free on street parking and the city centre is a half an hour walk.

We're both professionals who work a normal 9-5 day. Week nights are fairly busy, but we enjoy a good night in front of the TV too!

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flat mate, whether you are someone who likes to keep themselves to themselves or you enjoy a few drinks in the local, we are happy :)
