The house is spacious and light with fantastic open plan living space and all amenities. It is wonderfully located on Rectory Road – 2 mins from oxford tube stop / 1 min from Cowley road / 2 mins from the park and 10 mins from the centre of town.

It has open plan living, cooking and dining area including breakfast bar, gas-hob and dishwasher, with glass doors that open to rear decking. There are 2 bathrooms – one on the ground floor and one on the 1st – with a separate shower and bath. The house has wifi throughout and space for parking on the road (although you’d need to get a permit).

You would be sharing with three young professional housemates - 2 men and 1 woman (aged between 25-29). To keep the balance in the house we're looking for a female housemate. The house is plenty big enough to have your own time and space, but we're also looking for someone who is sociable and will join in with the others rather than just sitting in their room. We’re talking barbeques, movie nights, and picnics in the nearby park!

The room will be available from April 27th. Rent is 550 per month plus bills (usually works out at about 650). We are all young professionals paying council tax, so sadly we cannot accept students (unless of course you want to pay your share!)

Deposit is 825 and the lease is valid until September.
