Hi, my name is Megan and I am looking for a friendly, female-professional housemate. My current housemate is moving out on the 31st May, so the room is available on 1st June.
The house is a lovely 2 bedroom, terraced house just off Cowley Road. We are a 5/10 minute walk to Tesco, bus stops and the varied restaurants and shops of Cowley Road.
The room, is large, spacious, light and peaceful as it is at the back of the house and looks onto the garden and allotments behind.
The room is unfurnished as the house was let unfurnished and my housemate is taking her bedroom furniture with her. Downstairs there is a large dining and living space, bathroom and separate toilet and a well equipped kitchen that leads on to our big sunny garden!
The rent is £525 a month but with bills comes to £700.
Ideally looking for someone aged 22-30, who is clean, tidy and sociable. My old housemate and I used to like to cook meals and go for a drink together whenever possible :)
I am 23, I am quite busy with two jobs but on my nights off I enjoy catching up with friends or staying in and relaxing.
The house is rented off a property agency so they will require references and an admin fee for moving in. A deposit is also required.
