Short let, double room in house, July/August

The room to let

I have a lovely 3 bedroom home in Cowley and I have one beautiful, light, spacious room to let for July and August at £595pcm.

I own the house and work from my studio at the bottom of the garden but I will be away for a few weeks on and off during this period, so whoever lives here during that time will have the run of (most of) the house.

It's a spacious house, clean, tidy, with lots of light. There is use of kitchen/dining room that doubles up as a sitting room. This short let would suit a professional, visiting academic or post-grad student who is looking for a quiet haven and I am looking for someone who is quiet, independent, respectful and responsible.

It's a short bus ride or cycle ride to the city centre, and close to the buses that go to London and the airports. Off street parking is available, and it has easy access to the A40 for driving to London.

Available from 1st July. Wifi available, beautiful garden and all amenities.
