Short term let- 1 month only

Living room

We are coming to the end of our tenancy with the current landlord upon which time a letting agent will be taking over management of the property. I am moving out of the house early and will be letting my current room for 1 month until the end of the tenancy.

The room is a double at the back of the house with a big set of wardrobes. There is also a communal kitchen, living room and a parking permit if needed. All the other housemates are really friendly and enjoy going for house meals and drinks. We also have a number of bbq's with a good outside area at the back.

Happy to let the room on a week by week basis or for the whole month, depending on what suits. Bills not included but will be a max of £60 on top per month (£15 per week).
