We have been a great group of friends but have now bought a house (1) and moving in with boyfriend/girlfriend (2) and so 3 rooms are available at the same time and we are looking for 3 new flatmates.

There is a lovely small upstairs double looking into the rear garden so particularly quiet and light and sharing a bathroom with only one other. And downstairs 2 good sized double rooms sharing a bathroom are both becoming available in the next month. All are fully and stylishly furnished.

The house had a great kitchen and living area with Virgin cable and broadband plus freeview cabling (Individual TV licenses are not included) and Cat 5 cabling to all bedrooms. The house is professionally cleaned every week and with full garden and house maintenance it is an easy place to live.

The rear garden is paved with seating and bbq facilities. In the garden is a good securely locked shed accessed also via a secure side gate meaning a bike and sports equipment do not have to be stored in your room or the house.

Because it is geared to professionals we can't take any students or couples - sorry.

There is currently one off street parking space available and good on street parking with no permits required.

On main bus routes; Oxford High Street 2 miles; Oxford Business Park 2. 5 miles; Templars Sq and Sainsbury's Shopping 0. 2 miles.

All bills including Gas; Electricity; Water; Council Tax; Virgin Media with Tivo and 60MB Broadband; Weekly cleaner of common areas and Gardener. (Coin operated washer and dryer]

Deposits protected/registered with DPS. Landlord NLA member. 6 weeks rent as deposit required.

Other: £150 Tenancy Agreement and Check-in Fee; £100 Check-out Fee; Lost Key Replacement at cost + £50 Admin Fee; Normal Late Payment and Lock-out Charges.
