We have a happy, clean, friendly house with 1 room available ( Large Single) in Florence Park (Cowley)suited to Quiet, Professional, Working, long term non smoking people. This is a downstairs bedroom. Cleaners come in once a week to clean communal areas. There are two bathrooms in the property. One has a large wetroom /toilet and the other has a small bath/shower with toilet. Large dining room. There is a small courtyard garden at the rear of the property which is a suntrap in the morning. Although the kitchen is small there is an adjoining utility room with bags of extra cupboards and space. Crockery, plates, glasses and saucepans in situ for your use. Washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi, water rates, council tax, Tv licence and cost of weekly cleaners all included in price. ALL BILLS are included EXCEPT Gas and Electricity which are divided weekly by the housemates. There is also a small communial living room. TV in living room and dining room included in rental. Excellent bus links to the City Centre every 10 minutes,(20-25 minute walk), close to the Science Park and Oxford Business Park.
