Spacious, airy and unique ensuite room

Hi, the room is free from November 3rd at £150 per week
The room is spacious, airy and very private.
My room has a double bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower, sink and loo. The rooms are situated at the top of a private staircase.
Breakfast included
Evening meal if you wish , if we are cooking and if you are in you are welcome to join us.
We have a dog but he does not go in that side of the house
Linen and towels provided and washed weekly
No extra bills
Wifi access
Cable TV for your use

House rules
No smoking
Laundry washed at £5 a load
No overnight guests unless agreed

We are a friendly family and the house has usual family noise, nothing loud though! We are situated 5 minutes from the number 10 (and Brooke's / JR ) bus stop, the buses run every 12 minutes to the city centre and the JR
Would suit a post grad or professional person.
