Hi! We have a single room going in Cowley. The house is a 4-bedroom semi, with a garage, shed, greenhouse and a reasonbly big garden with apple & pear trees and space for vegetables. There's a driveway (currently filled) but plenty of free street parking. There's a shared living room, kitchen, and a nice bright conservatory/dining room.
The room is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe.
We are 1 vegan and 2 semi-vegetarians, and often share veggie meals together. We often have friends over, and the occasional house party...
Good location for Oxfam and the Cowley business/science parks. Near the ring road. Numerous shops/supermarkets nearby.
Rent is £370pcm and includes everything (rent, council tax, bills, fibre broadband etc.)
Oh, and did I mention we have hammocks in the garden?
