Double room available from mid-April in a large shared house on Reliance Way, off Cowley Road. Sharing with three females in their late-twenties who work in publishing. Ideally we’re looking for a housemate who is also in their mid-20s to mid-30s, and is friendly, clean, and a non-smoker.
We're looking for someone to take the room for the next year.


The room is spacious and shares a bathroom with one other tenant as the other two rooms are en-suite. Big kitchen, conservatory, small guest room, and parking space.



Very convenient location with good access to public transport and the city centre. Rent is £493. 75 pcm (excluding bills, which work out at approximately £100 per month). Plus, three very nice and sociable housemates.
