SHORT TERM let in excellent Cowley Road area!

***3 MONTH LET ONLY! BEGINNING JULY - MID SEPTEMBER***

I will be leaving my beloved student room off Cowley Road in early July 2015, and I am looking for someone to take up my tenancy from then until the end of September.

THE ROOM - It is a spacious room with plenty of light, on the second floor of the house overlooking the garden. It has 2 bookshelves and plenty of storage space with a wardrobe, writing desk and chest of drawers.

THE HOUSE - It is a quiet, cosy place, with a small kitchen and living space and two toilets and showers (so no queues!)

This would be ideal for someone who is in between places or looking to move to Oxford and needs a base to look around and get sorted. The agency are great and hassle free, and Cowley Road is full of great shops and bars with just a ten minute walk into central Oxford.

BILLS - cheap! They amount to under £6 per week, per person, as they are all on a meter (so you never pay for gas or electric when you are away!)
