Double room in a friendly female houseshare - OX4

A medium-sized ground floor double room is available in a house share in Iffley Fields. The room is available from Saturday 25th July.

You will be sharing with three other professional girls in their twenties and thirties. We enjoy cooking and watching TV together (big fans of the Great British Bake Off and Masterchef!), films, doing various sports and socialising with friends. We're a friendly and welcoming group and are looking for a clean and tidy female professional to join us. No smokers please :-)

The house has a small decked garden, a very large kitchen with space for bikes, a living room, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also have a spare single bedroom for storage and guests. The house is located in a quiet residential street in Iffley Fields. We are a 10-15 minute walk from Cowley Road, and close to some great pubs and restaurants, including The Chester, Oxfork, Oli's Thai and the Magdalen Arms. There is excellent access to the ring road, and a bus stop close by with services to the city, train station and Rose Hill every 5-10 minutes. Parking is freely available on the street.

We pay £575/month in to a house account to cover rent and all bills (including TV license, internet, council tax and a cleaner who comes every fortnight).
