Sunny, spacious double room available

Hello there. We are a family of three living in East Oxford in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The bus stops are three minutes from the house, but it is also quite easy to cycle to town from here (20-25 minutes on the bike).
Phil is a software engineer (half English half Swiss) and Zita (Hungarian) works part-time as academic support at Oxford Brookes university and stays at home with daughter 3 days a week. Our daughter is 15 months old, super cute and funny, who will not keep you up at night as she sleeps quite well. We have only had this house since January and have been improving it ever since, we think it is now very comfortable. The kitchen is still a work in progress but it is fully functional. We do not smoke, we are clean and tidy. It is a very safe and comfortable neighbourhood: our next door neighbours are young law students from Malaysia, and quiet, friendly people on the other side as well. We do not have an en-suite bathroom but the bathroom is right next to your bedroom and there is another toilet downstairs. Your room will be a sunny, south facing double room with a very big window. We have never rented it out but we thought we would give it a go. Initially, a short-term let would be ideal for us, please get in touch for more details if interested.
