The accommodation is shared with another female tenant, who is a working professional. The house benefits from Gas central heating, a recently fitted bathroom and broadband. All maintenance is carried out by the landlord to a high standard. The tenants have access to all the communal areas, Kitchen, Sitting Room, garden, Bathroom, utility which has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, These areas are to be kept clean and tidy and left as you found them. As you will appreciate these are shared areas and it goes without saying you will be living together and have a responsibility to your fellow tenant. The house is very well placed for access to the ring road, Cowley, Oxford City and Headington. There is parking for two cars on the drive and parking in the street. The room is available from July 15th and is £700 per calendar month. All bills are included.
