Howdy,
Double room to let in my rented flat. Place is a three bed but third room is used for guests and stuff. Could be another rented room though if there are two of you.

Your room is big enough for a double bed and a few bits of furniture. It's unfurnished but if it helps, I can source a bed and wardrobe etc. Place has been refurbed to a clean standard.
I spend a lot of my time at work or out so you'd have the place to your self mainly however like going out if you're up for joining.
Two fish tanks, couple of bikes and a nice TV to watch good films. I'd prefer a female but really not bothered.
More of a night owl myself. Avid recycler, pretty clean and tidy for a bloke, but not OCD :)

No smokers please. Not inside anyway. Must be friendly :)
I drive into Banbury pretty much 7 days a week with work so if you need lifts that's cool, bus stop outside for Banbury and oxford.
