Very large double bedroom available in large semi-detached house close to the centre of Didcot. 2 mins walk to the high st, 10mins walk to the train station. Room comes with a double bed, desk/chair, draws, shelves and 2 wardrobes. The available room looks over the yard and gardens at the back of the house.

House is fully furnished, and has a modern kitchen, large living room, massive back yard and 2 bathrooms. There's Virgin TV and wireless broadband. Other tenants are in the science/IT/logistics fields in the local area.

Rent of 550 per month (plus 1 months deposit) covers the rent and all of the bills, so there is nothing else for a tenant to take care of, except shared cleaning. The room is for 1 person only. We are looking for someone who is tidy, considerate of others, and a non-smoker.
