The location is convenient for Harwell science area - I work there myself and it is an easy commute by car, bicycle or bus.

There is no TV, so if you bring one you would have to pay to license it.

A reference from previous landlord is required (sorry to insist on this, but this is due to a previous lodger who didn't pay the rent).

The room was redecorated in February 2013 (painted in a light colour), though the photos show the room with the previous wallpaper.
