Double furnished room including tv within a family home. We have a 19yr old son who does not live at home but visits with his girlfriend and an 8 year old son. We also have 2 Yorkshire terrier dogs which are well house trained and very much part of our family.
10 Minutes walk from train station, 5 minutes walk from pub/restaurant, shop, cashpoint, chemist. roadside parking in quiet street.
We have a downstairs toilet and a shared family bathroom which includes a walk in shower and separate bath. Use of kitchen.
It is very important to us for a non smoker and would not expect heavy drinking or drugs within our home.
