Looking for a professional person to rent my spare room. Room is in a family home. But is downstairs away from family living space. Has its own ensuit bathroom. There is driveway parking available. There is also a small lounge should it be required. All bills appart from Phone included. Wifi is available, also option of Sky in room.
I have a small Cockerpoo dog. Room is lockable. I live with my boyfriend and two children. Looking for either mon to fri stay or 7 days a wk, but as in a family home I would prefer no friends coming over.
5 minute walk from train station and main Orchard shopping centre with cinema and resturants. Train 10 mins to Reading, 5 mins to Oxford.
