The accomodation is self contained, fully furnished with own front door, being part of a larger barn converstion and comprises of your own lounge with TV, a large double bedroom, bathroom that is occasionally shared, and the use of a large fully fitted kitchen which is shared with the owner which includes dishwasher, you will have your own fridge/freezer and all the usual modern conveniences. In addition there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Although there is currently no broadband, there is an independent telephone point should you wish to have this installed or you can use a internet dongle. The accomodation has a patio and a well tended garden. All rooms are on the ground floor apart from the bathroom which is up a small flight of stairs. In addition there is ample off road parking. The village benefits from a regular bus service into the neighbouring towns and has a number of good places to eat and drink within walking distance should you wish to eat out on occasion.
For your informaton the other occupant is also fluent in French.
Please note there is an additional monthly payment of £60 per calendar month to cover council tax.
