Double Room in beautiful cottage

We are looking for someone to come and share our beautiful peaceful country cottage with us. The cottage is in the village of Elsfield just 1 mile outside Oxford - you can reach the town centre in 20 minutes by bike. Its a stunning place with lots of land, peacock, deer, rabbits - it's heaven! There are currently 4 of us living here - in our late 20's early 30's. We are looking for someone mature, who enjoys the outdoor life and who would be up for helping to take care of the garden (plenty of room for growing veggies). It's a big cottage with a large dining and sitting room (including a cinema screen) and a study where there would be room to have a desk. It's certainly not a party house, although we enjoy it being a social one, and friends are welcome. It would be ideal for someone who is already connected in Oxford but wants to enjoy the countryside life as well. The room is a double with windows overlooking the garden, it's unfurnished but with large built in wardrobe space. The rent is £470 pcm including all bills - but please be aware this amount can go up in the winter due to heating costs. The room is available from July 4th and the deposit is 1 months rent.
