Double Room in Finstock Oxfordshire

I have a very nice newly decorated furnished double room 2. 8 x 4m with double bed in a two bedroom end of terrace house in a quiet cul de sac in the village of Finstock close to Witney, Chipping Norton and Charlbury, Leafield and it is also not far from Brize Norton either so it is in a great location. The village has a nice pub, village shop and good walks in the surrounding countryside. Shared bathroom with power shower/bath and shared kitchen with gas oven, microwave, shared fridge and freezer, shelf space and use of washer/drier. All bills included. Sharing with owner and two cats. The room has a TV aerial connection and wifi available. On road parking plus space in the garage for a bike if required.
I am looking for a professional tenant. 7 days a week is fine and someone to feed my cats and rabbit if I am away would be good but not compulsory ! Short or long term let.
