We have a preference for males as it would help with the balance of the household.

Double room fully furnished £525pcm. AVAILABLE as the existing tenant is moving away (but could possibly be sooner). Viewings available before this date and you could also possibly meet the existing tenant and ask them any questions about their experience.

Shared kitchen and bathroom. Three miles from Henley-on-Thames, six miles from Reading town centre.

No public transport links, tenant would need own transport.

£35 pcm if the tenant has a second vehicle (Motorcycle, £15 pcm).

Lovely rural location, large garden, driveway, central heating, double glazing.

Use of bath and separate shower/wet room are shared with two other occupants. Use of washing machine.

In the room you have a bed, bedside cupboard, chair and chest of draws. This is for single occupancy only.

Bedroom and bathroom must be cleaned by lodger. The bathroom is serviced once a month.

Unfortunately no smokers.

Minimum term 3 months. References required, 1 month of rent and £300 deposit.

If you do not have bedding this can be provided.

No pets allowed unfortunately.
