Looking for 1 more flatmate for a 3 bedroom flat in Headington.
A 5 minute walk to both the Nuffield and Churchill hospital, so perfect for key workers.
The flat is top floor, with a big living room/dining area, south facing for loads of natural light. A kitchen with a washing machine/dryer built in, dish washer, fridge freezer and usual kitchen amenities (kettle/microwave/toaster etc). A separate toilet and bathroom shared between 3 flatmates. Flat is council tax band C. Bills are roughly an additional £110-130 per month each (including council tax) and dependent on usage (e. g. increases a bit in winter for heating). There is one parking space allocated with the flat, but also easy enough to apply for street parking with the council as well.
About me: 28 yr old female. NHS worker. I'm pretty easy going, friendly and enjoy making plans with my flatmates with movie nights etc. Hoping to find friendly and tidy likeminded professionals who enjoy creating a home atmosphere rather than just renting a room :)
