I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom ground floor flat available to let from 14th March for 1 month, extending to 3 months for the right tenant.

Ideal for professionals or postgrad students on placement at Oxford University Hospitals as all are in walking distance.

Very close to the JR in a quiet cul-de-sac with residents parking available with a council permit (£60 per year) required M-F 9-5. On main bus routes into town, or cycle into the centre in 20 minutes.

I am a female professional working at the Children's Hospital. friendly, clean, tidy and quiet.. I hope to find a like-minded considerate female to share my peaceful flat. Who’s preferably a non-meat eater too.

The light and airy room is furnished with a large single (can be converted to double) bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.. You would have access to share the kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. I also have balconies and a garden.
