Room to rent in a quiet house from mid April 2020

The room is in a quiet, professional, English speaking, family house. There is myself, my son and two very small, well behaved dachshunds (sausage dogs) in the property.
I work full time as a maths tutor, so I am frequently out teaching or working at home. My son has recently graduated and is busy applying for jobs in his field but also works part time. Evenings are usually quiet and the house is therefore ideal for someone who wants to study in peace, although we do interact with people!
The room is bright (south facing), clean and warm, fully furnished (single bed, wardrobe, and desk with chair). It is also very quiet as it faces the garden.
There is a good size kitchen with all cooking facilities (although a bit dated now), a washing machine and a tumble dryer, bathroom with a bath and a shower and two toilets. There is a big garden and a shed with some space for bikes.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Headington (Bulan Road), very near the bus stop to city centre and on the route of the Brookes Bus.
There is a small convenient store round the corner, an Aldi around 5 minutes walk, as well as a big Tesco supermarket not far away. The Brookes Bus goes to Tesco every hour.
The rent includes all bills, Council Tax and the wireless broadband.
