Cheap Single Room/Friendly House/Great Flatshare!!

Hello everyone my name is Martina and I would like to leave my room by the middle of May. I live in Headington at this postcode OX37QE, which is very very close to Oxford Brookes University. The location is great as there are buses stop just 3 mins by walk from where you can go everywhere, city centre, headington, summertown or london as well. Headington and amenities are approximately 10 mins by walk and city centre 15mins by bus. The flat has 3 bathroom, a garden, a car park, and.. 6 lovely flatmates! They are very friendly people, a mixer of french, spanish, italians students and workers between 21 and 27 years old. I had great time here :) The room available is cozy and there is a nice light from the sun as the window is on the garden. It includes bed, wardrobe, and desk. The rent is 335£ for month bills excluded, which is a good price for this area. The contract expires on 15th August. If you want more information or arrange a view just let me know asap ;)
