Hi!

We are Poppy, Alex and Sam, 2 post-graduate students and a professional looking for a new housemate to move into our beautiful home from the beginning of March. We all get along very well, and we eat, drink and are generally merry together but also have our own lives.

The house is newly renovated and as we have been on our best housekeeping behaviour since moving in, it still feels brand new! The available room is an unfurnished, large, first floor, double bedroom. It is light and airy, with a big window and stained wooden floors. We share two bathrooms, a big open plan sitting room / kitchen, and a great garden with a shed for storing bikes.

We are located in Headington, a short walk or bike ride away from Oxford Brookes main campus. We are also 1 min walk from a bus stop where you can catch frequent buses into Oxford City centre or to London and the airports.
There is also free parking 24/7 on our street if needed (a rarity in Oxford)

Rent is £387. 50 per month, and bills cost approx £45 per month. Deposit is 1. 5 months rent, and agency fees are required too.
