Hi! we have an extra room available in our house. It's the largest bedroom (4. 9 x 2. 5m) which has a large built-in wardrobe and will be furnished with a double bed, desk + some other furniture. CT is £40 and bills are low.
The house has central heating (combi boiler), broadband, a new washing machine, and gas hob/oven + fridge/freezer. There are separate living and dining areas, a back garden, and a garage for storage. It is 15 minutes away from the JR on foot and similar time from city centre by bicycle.
There are two of us living there at the moment. We are both very relaxed and sociable but also have time to ourselves. We also go to the same church in city centre.
We are looking for someone who is easy going and responsible, who enjoys community and spending time with housemates. If this is you, please do get in touch!
