Very close to JR hospital (2min walk) and good frequent bus services to the City centre, the rail station and Abingdon bus is every 7 mins.. Also there are close amenities within ten mins walk and a 15 min stroll to Headington shops with great links to Oxford City, London city and the airports.

The room is furnished decent double sized which is bright and contains a built in double wardrobe, book shelf, storage cupboard and is pretty much a blank canvas for your one personal touch to make it as homely as you wish, a new mattress has been provided since photo taken. This room greets you with the morning sun.

We have a shared large kitchen with all appliances, a breakfast table and front room, wifi and a good amount of storage with an outer shed and under stairs cupboard.

Full use of wifi, kitchen appliances etc all bills are included!!

Current tenants are all friendly professionals and work full time, are all quiet, very clean and private people and are mostly at home during the evenings. sadly 1 of the housemates is leaving so it will be nice to find another friendly trust worthy body to share our home with.
The tenancy is minimum 6 months.
