Large Single Room In Beautiful Semi-Detached House

We are looking for a nice, friendly and clean flatmate that will share this beautiful new semi-detached house. The property is in a very convenient location, 10 minutes to the city by bus and 10 minute-walk to Brookes uni. There is a very spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, shower room, garden, garage (free to use!), conservatory. The house is going to be completely furnished and the rent for the single room is 450£ +bills (about 40£ per month).
There are three other people living in the house, a professional couple and a female student. We are looking for someone who is willing to keep the house clean as much as possible and who will be happy to spend some time with us! There will be cleaning rotas so that we can help each other equally and have a good time together.
Before accepting we would like to meet whoever would like to rent the room in front of a cup of coffee, so that we can get to know each other better!
Both professionals and students are welcome, everyone is welcome to join if they have a UK guarantor that can pass a credit check (ask me about this if you don't know what it is) and if they agree to help us keep the house decently (we have had really bad experiences with dirty and disrespectful flatmates and we want to make sure it doesn't happen again!).
