Happy houseshare in Headington

Hi all,
Are you looking for a room from Jan 18th until at least end of August 2016 (move in date is flexible between 15th Jan and 1st Feb)?
After 2.5 years in this lovely houseshare I will be moving out, and am therefore looking to find a person to take over my room. The room is a spacious double room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk (see pictures). Rent is £500 PCM excl. utilities.
The houseshare consists of two girls and two guys - all postgraduates, all lovely! We live in a big 5-bedroom house between Headington and Cowley (Old Road), 10 minute cycle from High Street and a 5 minute cycle from supermarkets etc. in Headington shops.
The house has a big, cosy living room with a fire place, sofas and an dining area. It further has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dinner table and loads or storage, two bathrooms and three toilets between four of us (one room is en-suite). We also have a beautiful, large garden and a bike shed. Internet, TV, etc. is already set up and ready to use.
The location is IDEAL if you are located at the Old Road campus or the hospitals (Jenner, SGC, Kennedy, NOC, Botnar, TDI, JR, Churchill, Welcome Trust, etc.). It is about a 30 second walk to work from here!
If you are a responsible, tidy and considerate person who likes to socialise with your housemates, but also respect that the house might need to be quiet around big deadlines, we would love to hear from you.
