I am moving out of my house and am offering a single room from December 2014. The house is currently 3 boys and 2 girls and we are friendly and sociable. The house is rented from CF estates through NOPs and bills are not included. We have a lovely garden and off road parking. The area even has permit parking for the road. The house is less than 5 minutes walk away from Oxford brookes Headington and Gypsy campus as well as a 15 minute walk to Headington shops. We are 2 minutes away from the number 4 bus stop so you can be in the city centre in about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
The room is a single room with a wardrobe, 11 various size shelves and a lovely desk. We have a washing machine in the house as well as a fully furnished kitchen/ living room. There is a shower room and toilet downstairs as well as an upstairs bathroom. The rent is £433 per month and bills are split between all the tenants.
