Double Room in Dene Road, Headington 450£/month

Hello everyone,

I used to live in Oxford as a student for my internship. I will be leaving the country to go back to Germany and I am looking for a nice tenant for my current room.

I am living together with 2 girls and 1 guy. We are all around 25 years old and get along which each other very well.

We have a living room where we spend some time together on the weekend. But everyone have their own room. The bill includes everything ecxept the electricity and gas. Depending on which season the additional costs for that is around 40£/month.

Furthermore we have a kitchen with enough space for everyone, a new washing machine and a new dryer. We also have a garden where you can easily store your bike. There are also 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.

The room itself is fully furnished and was renovated a few months ago. Also the bed frame and matress was put in new when I moved in 4 months ago.

The room is rented out by an agency.
