2 double rooms available for next academic year

The living room

We are looking for two friendly/sociable people to fill two double rooms in a great house in Headington for the next academic year (end of July 2015-July 2016).

We are two masters students studying at Oxford Brookes and we're living in the house already. The house is well-furnished, clean, tidy and really good value for the price!

Both rooms are of a good size;

Room 1 is large, downstairs with double doors onto the garden.

Room 2 is upstairs, slightly smaller than room 1 but comes with a study.

Students are preferable due to council tax and rent excludes bills. Please drop me a message if you are interested or have any questions :)
