Rent: £600/month including: garden waste, council tax and water bill.
Internet: £11/month each
Gas and electric bills: roughly £40/month each
Admin fee: minimal (about £75)

Beautiful v. large double bedroom available in our lovely houseshare! One person is moving out so the biggest room of the house is going to be available from 1st April 2015.

We are friendy, sociable ladies in ourmid-twenties. We love to have dinner together, chill out on the sofa, go out for some drinks on the weekends. We like comedy and chatting! We're also quite independent - I go out dancing quite a bit and Zoe can occasionally be found cosied up in her favourite local :) It's a family street and we both work 9-5pm (ish!), so we would need someone who is happy to be considerate noise-wise bearing in mind our early mornings during the week.

We have an awesome cat with a very friendly personality who goes in and out of the house. You have to meet her to fall for her...

(If you are a student, the cost should be a bit less considering the council tax reduction.)
