*Parking on street.

*Bathroom.

*Dishwasher.
*Washing Machine.
*All main bills included (as long as you're not wasteful, i. e. fair usage :)

Harsh, Iron Fisted Rules:

*Sorry - No Smoking. At all.
*Sorry - No shoes in the house. (there's a shoe area inside the front door so it's easy to take them on and off).

***Lodger must be cat person!!!***
