Single room in great houseshare and location

One 2nd floor single room available in friendly houseshare of young(ish) professionals.
The house is in a great location on the Iffley road within easy walking distance of the Cowley Road shops and a short walk, cycle or bus ride into town. It is fully furbished with 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third toilet on the first floor.
There is a shared kitchen and a separate shared living room and conservatory. The house also has a large garden (which the landlords maintain) which is great for sunbathing and bbqs. Although the house is perfectly livable, the décor is warn and tired and the house hasn't had a good refurb in a while (hence the cheap price).
There is also a drive and some additional parking behind the house and plenty of room for bike storage.
The current housemates (1 girl and 4 guys) are all nice and sociable. They are mostly working professionals and one post-grad student, and whilst we live separate lives we make the effort to socialise together; whether it's going out for drinks, watching films, or having a meal together.
The room will be available from the 19th of September (could be sooner or later if needed).
Rent includes ALL bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband etc) and also covers shared household items such as cleaning products and toilet roll.
