Bright and spacious large double room in a 3 bed 1930's house in leafy Rose Hill/Iffley Borders, Oxford.

It's a short walk to the river and parks and not far from the bars and restaurants of Cowley Road.
A 15 minute bus ride into Oxford and a short bike ride or drive to Oxfam, Oxford Science Park, Oxford Business Park and the Headington Hospitals

The room is large ,bright and spacious and comes with a bed and wardrobe. There's a spare single bedroom for occasional guests, shared bathroom with shower, shared kitchen, shared dining room/office, shared living room, shared garage for storage and a garden. Off street car parking space too.

The house is equipped with pretty much all mod. cons. Dishwasher/Fast broadband/Digital TV.

I'm a photographer: very relaxed, easy going
Happy to share a meal or have a drink but equally respectful if you want your own space.

Ideally I would like a sociable single professional or post-grad.
No couples please.

I work during the University term - during term times I'm usually out working in the evenings,
