Spacious double room in Kennington

We have a bright airy large double room available in a detached 3 bedroom house in lovely Kennington that is situated on the edge of Oxford. The housemate must be a cat lover due to Pablo the resident cat.

The bedroom is recently renovated and comes with a large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and wooden wardrobe. There’s also an office downstairs that is available for use two days a week when I’m in the office if you need to work from home.

There is off road parking and the house is right on the bus route into Oxford. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and it takes around 15 minutes to the centre. There is also a lovely cycle route by the river into town.

The house is a 2 min walk from Co op, the GP, the post office, pub and chip shop. There is even a bakery 20 minutes walk away now!

There is a nice big garden that is perfect for summer bbqs and potentially storage in the garage for a bike (please note this is not always watertight)

You’ll be sharing with me - a graphic designer, 26, love baking, tennis, running and also work as an artist in my spare time. I’d like to think I’m a respectful and tidy housemate tooo!

Bills come to around £175 but WiFi is included in the rent.
