2 large double rooms, separate kitchen & bathroom

2 delightful, quiet, large double bedrooms, with separate kitchen and eating area.
Ideally I'm looking for a short term rent as I might be selling the house by April 2021
However, if no sale, a longer rent will be preferable.
Ideally I'm looking for a post grad students, Tutor or professional.
I would consider a couple,
I charge £700 per person per month
There is an additional single bedroom with double bed
The upper floor and has 2 comfortable furnished bedrooms with WiFi, separate kitchen with cooker, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, table, chairs etc and separate with occassionally shared WC / bathroom.
The upper floor 'flat' with bedrooms, kitchen and hall are separated for privacy.
There is the option to rent a second bedroom.
Gas, electricity, water, Council Tax are included.
On a quiet road with space for off road parking yet within minutes of the A34.
Kennington is ideally located between Oxford (10 mins) and Abingdon (15 mins)
On a good bus route to Oxford and Abingdon. Bus goes every 15-30 mins.
Very close to Co-Op and post office, plus a quiet family friendly pub with reasonable food.
Doctor surgery is located over the road.
A fantastic cycle path all the way into Oxford by the river. 20 mins ride to Oxford
The flat would not suit children or pets.
