The bedsit has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen. The apartment/bedsit is fully furnished and finished to a very high standard. It includes a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, dining table/chairs and a loft storage space.
There is secure storage in the basement for a bike.
This is a serviced apartment which is regularly cleaned and bed linen is changed. The barn besdit has exclusive use of a washing machine, its own outdoor dining patio with numerous beautiful places to sit in the adjacent orchard. Next to the barn is a parking area.
Little Wittenham is a very quiet village very close to Culham (3 miles), Didcot (5 miles), Abingdon (6 miles) and Wallingford (5 miles) it is a local beauty spot and has lovely walks in all directions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE VILLAGE SO A CAR IS REQUIRED UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO BICYCLE TO WORK.
WIFI is connected to superfast broadband (100 mbs) recently installed and there is a smart TV with an aerial installed for terrestrial channels.
