Looking for a single professional or couple - someone considerate who will take good care of my beloved home :)

-Five minute walk to bus stop to town/railway station.

-Short walk to temple Cowley shops and retail park.
-Large sunny garden with lots of space to grow vegetables & flowers & a shed too.
-Parking spaces for 2 x cars.
-Gas central heating with google nest thermostat

Council tax £116 (for single occupancy)
Gas/elec £127
Internet £25

Furniture & kitchen items etc. left can be negotiated with myself once decided who will be taking on the tenancy (but definitely happy to leave sofa coffee table and book shelf).

Pets (who won’t damage house!) are welcome. I’ve lived here with a cat and a dog. There is a cat flap on front door.
