Quiet en suite single near Science Park

Monday to Friday let, ideally for a minimum of six months. Please note that there is no parking available, due to allocated parking restrictions on-site, but there are good public transport and cycling links.

Bedroom:
First-floor flat in a modern, attractive conversion of a nineteenth-century building. The room is light and airy, with lots of built-in cupboards and a huge (7') window. It is furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet, a desk with shelving, and an office chair. The flat has wireless high-speed fibre broadband.

Bathroom:
The main bathroom (directly opposite the bedroom) is primarily for your use, on the condition that it is kept clean enough for occasional visitors to use. It comprises a toilet, sink, and bath with shower over. There is also a retractable washing line over the bath.

Shared facilities:
There is a well-equipped modern kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, oven, and gas hob. Cutlery and crockery can be supplied if required. The property is non-smoking and there are no pets. There is a communal grass quad outside the flat. The lounge is not communal, because it is where I work when I am at home.

Tenant:
I am a professional, working in Oxford during the day and from home during the evenings and weekends. I spend most of my free time ice skating. I am seeking a quiet, clean, responsible flatmate.

Transport:
The flat is 5-10mins walk from Oxford Science Park, and there are buses that stop directly outside the complex that go to Oxford city centre, Oxford Science Park, Temple Cowley, Abingdon and surrounding villages. Parking on site is very limited and restricted to visitors only.

Local amenities:
Within 10mins walk there is a large out-of-town supermarket (Sainsbury's) and local shops (post office, hairdresser, pubs, takeaways etc).
