Room is a nice size, fully furnished, with clean linen provided weekly, unless you prefer to use your own. Happy to move furniture around to suit your needs.
Ideal for someone working away from home Monday to Friday to save them the daily commute. Other work schedules may be possible, please ask.
Single room is £385 pcm , plus a deposit payable in advance.
Wi -fi available (free), use of a television in the room. Use of kitchen and shared bathroom with shower.
Wi-fi is included in the rent, along with all bills.
Room should be left empty over the weekend, unless other arrangements have been agreed beforehand.

House is clean, quiet and relaxed.
Situated on main bus route into city centre buses run ever 7 mins at peak times. Also situated very close to BMW factory, Oxford Science park, Oxford Business Park, Kassam Stadium, Templar Square and Littlemore hospitals. Walking distance to local shops, large supermarket and river Thames.
Free Parking is available in street outside.
