Single room to Rent - Cheap yet clean/modern style

This single room is part of a shared house of 5 (3 girls and one guy, aged between 23-28, 3 young professionals and one student). It's in a quieter place in town but has great transport links and is around 15 minutes to the city centre by bike and 5 minutes to Summer Town.

The house is astoundingly cheap and clean, which is why I chose it in the first place, given that it has great facilities: a fully equipped kitchen including a tumble dryer (normally not included, we bought one this year), large lounge, big back garden for BBQs in the summer and a very stylish bathroom (with a shower with loads of pressure - I find this is a must!). You won't find anywhere genuine at anywhere near this price. I'm not sure why this is - perhaps because people tend to overlook Marston (?). The landlord is really attentive despite the fact that he lives in the US and was very quick to fix any problems - e. g. a bit of fencing that was blown down by last month's storms was fixed within 2 days.

I fully recommend it to anyone - to come around for a viewing send me a text or email. Unfortunately you can't move in earlier than the 1st July because I am still living there until that point.

P. S. when I was looking for rooms, I found that the majority of the adverts didn't include bills and it was actually quite difficult to find out the prices for these. So we pay a flat rate of £50 each for all the bills: water, electric, heating, WiFi (very good actually as the room is directly above the router) etc and we can use as much as we want so the house is toasty throughout winter. On top of this, we pay around £30 for council tax.
