Hi people, we are looking for a new housemate preferably female for our sociable houseshare on Elms Drive. Currently there are 3 guys and 2 girls sharing. We would like someone who is fun, friendly and doesn't just sit in their room! You would be sharing with all young professionals who are clean and tidy. The available room is a ground floor double room, with a wardrobe and side draws . It has 2 double glazed windows and 1 radiator. The house is within walking distance of the JR Hospital, Brookes University and Summertown also there is a parade of shops round the corner. There are also bus stops at the end of the road which go to the city centre. Cycle time to Summertown is about 5 minutes, City Centre 10 minutes. The house has a separate lounge, separate dining room, good sized kitchen and utility area. It has a downstairs toilet and shower and a new first floor bathroom with bath, separate large shower cubicle, basin and toilet. The lounge has sofas, tv and digi box provided.
