Single Room at Marston (incl. most bills)

Single bed room available at quiet residential area of Marston - £385 pcm (rent includes all utilities, tv licence and broadband, except for Council Tax which comes at around £32 pcm). The location has good public transport link (short walk to the main road), access to cycling routes and offers good access to the Headington and Cowley area. There is also a local co-op and convenience store down the road.

You will be sharing with four other housemates (2xm / 2xf; 25-35 yrs), friendly and easy going bunch. We are all working professionals, however the room might suit a mature student (provided she/he paids its share of CTax).

This is a shared house (kitchen, lounge, bathroom, garden, etc) and its kept reasonably clean (we have a rota for cleaning duties), it even has a tumble dryer and dish washer (no excuse!).

The landlord is also very considerate.

We would ask anyone interested to come and meet everyone. The room will be available from beginning of March.
