Double room available from June

Looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in New Hinksey, available from June!

About the room
It's a very quiet and peaceful room with a lovely view of the back garden. The rent is £700 per month, all bills included.

The house
Fully furnished house with all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has a full shared bathroom and a separate WC. Plenty of storage space. We also have a TV licence. The area is quiet and well connected, with Hinksey Lake and the Hinksey swimming pool just a few minutes' walk from the house.

The housemates
You will share the house with 3 professionals and a cat (who will be leaving at the end of June). We are looking for another professional or someone willing to pay council tax. Everyone is easy going and relaxed, but respectful of each other's space. We have a weekly cleaning rota.
