The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the Littlemore area and is in close reach to Cowley, the Ring Road, Rose Hill and Sandford-on-Thames (it's right by the river!).

This is ideal for anyone who doesn't want a large house-share, and for anyone who would like to be tucked away from the city but still in very easy reach of it!

The house is freshly-painted, modern, fully furnished, warm and clean. There are gardens at the front and rear (great for BBQs!) and a large car parking area in front of the house (no permits required!) and a shed (with lock) in the back garden for a bike.

Inside the house there is a good-sized living room with Dining table, sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker/oven and microwave. There is one bathroom with fully functioning shower, bath, toilet and sink.
